Each Key Club should submit the form below reporting their 2017-2018 Key Club Officers as soon as elections are held.  We ask that all Key Clubs submit their Directories no later than October 18, 2017.  Thank you!

This information is vital so that the New England District can reach out to your club officers and advisors and ensure that you receive updates about district events, projects, service ideas, and other resources. This form is due by June 15th. We appreciate your time.

    If any of the required fields below do not apply to your club, you may enter "N/A" in those fields. Should you have any updates later in the year, please resubmit this form or contact your Lieutenant Governor.
